We work hard to ensure every order leaves our workshop in excellent condition. All items are carefully inspected, securely packaged, and handed directly to the carrier for delivery.

Order Processing

• Orders ship within 2 - 4 business days.

• You will receive a tracking number once your package is in the carrier’s possession.

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Delivery times vary based on carrier, location, and selected shipping method.

Damage, Loss, or Delivery Issues

Once we hand your package over to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to them. This means:

• We are not liable for damage, loss, delays, or mishandling that occurs during transit.

• Any claims for damaged, lost, or stolen packages must be filed directly with the carrier.

• We will gladly assist by providing documentation or details needed for your claim.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
