LEGAL NOTICE

By visiting, browsing, or making a purchase through the Grim-Work Shopify store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set out in this document. 1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

2. TRADEMARKS

● The name "Grim-Work," its logo, and any associated branding elements are trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) of Grim-Work.

● No permission is granted to use any Grim-Work trademarks without prior written authorization.

● Misuse of Grim-Work trademarks — including in social media handles, domain names, or product branding — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCT DESIGNS AND IMAGES

● All original product designs, artwork, and product photography displayed on the Grim-Work store are protected by copyright law.

● Purchase of a product does not transfer any copyright, design rights, or intellectual property rights to the buyer. Customers receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the physical product only.

● Reproducing, printing, reselling, or commercially exploiting Grim-Work designs or product images in any medium without explicit written permission is a violation of copyright law and will be pursued accordingly.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

● Grim-Work shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — the website or products, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

● Grim-Work does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

● In no event shall Grim-Work's total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

● Grim-Work is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on the website.

5. JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW

● This Legal Notice and any disputes arising from the use of the Grim-Work store are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

● Any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts located in Collin County, Texas, and customers consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

● In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Legal Notice or the use of the Grim-Work store, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Grim-Work in writing.

● If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Collin County, Texas.

● Notwithstanding the foregoing, Grim-Work reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

● Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are expressly waived.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

● Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of the Grim-Work website and products complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

● Customers must not use the website or products for any unlawful purpose — including but not limited to infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, fraudulent transactions, harassment, or distribution of harmful content.

● Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

● Any misuse of the Grim-Work platform — including attempts to circumvent security measures or scrape content — will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

8. CHANGES TO THIS LEGAL NOTICE

● Grim-Work reserves the right to update or modify this Legal Notice at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

● Continued use of the Grim-Work store following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Legal Notice.
